Disability and welfare
If you have a disability or have special requirements that will affect your choice of accommodation, please contact our Disability Advisory Service as early as possible (preferably before Easter) to discuss your needs.
In order for us to ensure that we allocate you to a suitable room, it is very important that you indicate on your online application whether you have any special accommodation needs or requirements. If you will be having a Personal Support Assistant (PSA) then we can arrange to accommodate them close by, although you would need to give details of this when you apply. Please read our Imperial College Framework of Expectations to learn more about the support we offer disabled students who require a PSA.
If you would like to visit the College and our accommodation facilities, this can be arranged with Disability Advisory Service.
Imperial aims to identify and attract students of the highest academic ability and potential. We're committed to increasing the number of students from diverse backgrounds who meet the entrance requirements and study at the College.
We provide a range of support for students who have spent at least three months in local authority care, which may include foster care or living in a residential care home. To find our more please view our Care Leavers webpages.
